A fixed-price contract, every inclusion itemised in writing.

(04) — BUILD
Regular updates and one point of contact, the whole way through.
Your own site supervisor and one person who knows your build, with regular updates as it rises. No twelve months of radio silence wondering what's happening.
(05) — HANDOVER
A full walk-through, your warranty, and the keys in your hand.
We walk every room together, hand over your warranty and structural guarantee, and you step into a home built exactly as agreed — typically in 6–8 months.
